This week, my friends and I joined the meeting By using the application “zoom” in the conversation What we have discussed and discussed is the selection of leaders within the group. Together, help each other to express their opinions. And choose the best person in order to complete the assignment.
I think what a good leader must have is having leadership skills And listen to other people’s opinions Be fair Have morality in making decisions There is a clear plan and goal setting for the people in the team and a good relationship is established within the team. And use the right command power And the important thing that I think is indispensable Team unity Because if lacking unity, not accepting each other No cooperation May cause problems I think unity is important to lead everyone to teamwork success.
In the end, this meeting was as successful as we had hoped. We have good leaders and are ready to be good followers. To work successfully I hope that this meeting will be useful in creating good leaders and good followers with other members, both in the team and outside parties.
